Database Groups
Database groups allow you to group a number of databases and include that
group in job definitions. This can be useful if you want to perform the same
maintenance routine for several databases. The database groups are listed in the Db
Maint client left pane (database groups). Left-click on the “Database groups” item, or a database group and select to create a new, modify or delete a
database group.
Database Group
Choose an existing group if you want to change the members in the groups.
Included databases and Available databases
Use these two lists to add/remove members to/from the group.
Save As…
Saves the group specification (as defined in the Included databases list) and lets you specify a name for the group.
Ok
Save and exit the dialog.
Apply
Save; do not exit the dialog.
Cancel
Exit the dialog without saving.
